Crown Limousine Concierge provides travel-related services including but not limited to limousine transportation, concierge services, and travel arrangement assistance.

2. Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
• Upon booking confirmation, clients will receive a confirmation email containing details of their reservation.

3. Payment

• Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation period will be subject to our discretion.
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Liability

• Crown Limousine Concierge is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic congestion, or mechanical breakdown.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Danish law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for their belongings during the provision of services.

7. Privacy

• We respect the privacy of our clients and will only use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

• Crown Limousine Concierge reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
